on our way to hamtramck the other night trevor decided to have a go at some 360s in a van on the interstate. thankfully, the semi that was to the left of us pulled past us just as we were changing lanes from the right to the left, which incidentally, was when we started our spins.

amazingly enough, we ended up front end out on the road. and with the cars behind us at a very safe distance away we were able to get back on the road with no troubles.

the thing about this that bothered me the most though is the fact that right before we spun out i was thinking about a friend's story of a band hitting black ice somewhere in the california mountains, with a van and trailer. and then i was thinking about our dear friends who just bought an old greyhound style bus and transformed it into their touring home. it was at this exact moment we started spinning.

thankfully we came out all right, see above, unlike so many others driving that night.
